Vida understands the body, how it holds tension and patterns, better than most. I’ve been teaching yoga for 25 years, so I know a thing or two about my body, but the support I received from Vida over just 4 sessions helped me walk without pain again. I have been attending HS Osteopaths for almost a year now and can’t thank Vida enough for her expert knowledge and focused treatments on my neck and back pains.

Working form home though COVID-19, I managed to accumulate two frozen shoulders - luckily not at the same time.

After the first session, Vida was able to drastically relieve the discomfort I was in and within a couple of sessions I was once again able to sleep through the night.

With my second frozen shoulder, I walked out of the physio session arranged by my GP (without much success) and booked an appointment with Vida for 30 minutes later that day.

I can’t recommend HS Osteopaths highly enough. Thank you Vida, you’re a star.

Vida is amazing. I was in such pain and no movement in my arm due to shoulder strain/ injury. I managed to get an emergency appointment and within the first session, the pain eased.

Vida is very creative and caring; she really wanted to ensure I was okay. I live alone, so anything from trying to comb my hair and getting dressed was so difficult and painful. With Vida's excellent practice, within a week I was almost back to full mobility. I highly recommend and cannot thank Vida enough.

I have been seeing Vida since January 2017. I had a back surgery and have neck problems. I have seen other osteopaths before but after I saw Vida, I knew she is special. 

I have osteoarthritis and it flares up suddenly, and because of the back surgery I injure myself easily. I know if I see her, my body and mind will be balanced. I had a sleeping problem, could not sleep more than 3 hours at a time. Now I can sleep 7/8 hours at a time.

Because of Covid- 19, I didn’t see her for 4 months. I was in continuous physical pain. I have started to see her again since the middle of June 2020.

At first, I was afraid but she wears PPE and maintains all safety protocols for Covid-19. I see her every week and I feel safe to visit her. I am feeling so much better physically and mentally to enjoy my life at the moment.

What an amazing experience. I am 86 years old and the doctors persist in giving me painkillers. After seeing Vida, I can actually feel my body again. It’s taken 24 hours for my body to recover from the treatment but her hands are just magic. It is incredible. She just looks at you and once on her medical couch, she seems to get into the joints. It is painful but bearable because she is telling me what she is doing. Vida is no ordinary osteopath - she really understands your pain and wants to help alleviate it. I will definitely be a regular to get my fix.
