Where do I begin? I first saw Vida for problems with tge discs in my back. She got me mobile again. Vida has a lovely personality which helps a lot.
She got to know my body well so when she found a lump in my neck and suggested that if it didn't go by the end of the week, I should see my GP. I knew her well enough to see my GP the next day. Vida saved my life. I had an aggresive cancer but very early stages so treatement was curative.

When my body lets me down, I still see Vida. I go in looking quite grey and body out of sync then I come out after her treatment with blood curculating. Vida has healing hands. She keeps me mobile and reduces pain.

I’ve been seeing Vida since 2016, when I was pregnant with my fourth child and had pelvic issues after a fall. She supported me throughout my pregnancy and recovery, helping me rebuild strength in my body. Even now, I see her occasionally after intense workouts or long-haul flights. Vida understands the body, how it holds tension and patterns, better than most. I’ve been teaching yoga for 25 years, so I know a thing or two about my body, but the support I received from Vida over just 4 sessions helped me walk without pain again. Working form home though COVID-19, I managed to accumulate two frozen shoulders - luckily not at the same time.

After the first session, Vida was able to drastically relieve the discomfort I was in and within a couple of sessions I was once again able to sleep through the night.

With my second frozen shoulder, I walked out of the physio session arranged by my GP (without much success) and booked an appointment with Vida for 30 minutes later that day.
