"Vida knows just by looking at my body what hurts" - Liz

I can't praise Vida enough. I walk into hers in terrible pain and she knows just by looking at my body what hurts. She explains everything as she goes along. Her rooms are spotless. Everyone needs a Vida in their lives. 🤗
