I’ve been seeing Vida since 2016, when I was pregnant with my fourth child and had pelvic issues after a fall. She supported me throughout my pregnancy and recovery, helping me rebuild strength in my body. Even now, I see her occasionally after intense workouts or long-haul flights. Vida is excellent at what she does and is incredibly knowledgeable.
